簸箕（上波箇反毛詩傳曰簸糠也說文揚米去糠者也從箕從皮下幾宜反世本少康作箕帚也鄭注尒雅言盛米寫斛中者也說文從竹其聲）。

簸箕 (The first character has the fanqie 波箇. The Mao Commentary to the Shijing says: "To winnow chaff." The Shuowen says: "That which tosses rice to discard the chaff. Derived from 'winnowing basket' and 'hide'." The second character has the fanqie 幾宜. The Shiben says: "Shaokang made the winnowing basket and broom." Zheng's commentary on the Erya says: "It means that which holds rice to pour it into a bushel." The Shuowen says: "Derived from 'bamboo' with 其 as phonetic").
