詮詺（名併反顧野王為作名曰名去聲經從言作詺字書並無也）。

詮詺 (explain and designate: [詺 has the fanqie] 名併. Gu Yewang says: "To create a name is called designating (ming, falling tone)." The sūtra writes it with the speech radical (言) as 詺, which is not found in character dictionaries).
