睎望(上欣衣反㽵子云晞意道言謂之諂也說文睎望也論從心作憘俗字論之義也)。

Gazing with hope (睎望; the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 欣 + 衣 [xī]. Zhuangzi says: "Fawning on others' intentions and flattering their words is called sycophancy." The Shuowen says: "睎 means to look afar with hope." In the treatise, it is written with the heart semantic as 憘, which is a vulgar character representing the meaning in the treatise).
