屬耳（之欲反國語恐國人屬耳目於我[沅-兀+韋]昭曰屬注也漢書音義曰屬近也詩云無易由言耳屬于垣是也）。

屬耳 (The first character has the fanqie 之欲. The Guoyu says: "Fearing that the people of the state would fix their ears and eyes upon me." Wei Zhao says: "屬 means to fix upon." The Hanshu yinyi says: "屬 means to bring close." The Shijing says: "Do not readily say 'Ears are attached to the wall'; this is it).
