汝撥（半末反毛詩傳曰撥治也何注公羊云撥猶理鄭注禮記撥揚皃也說文從手發聲也）。

Rú-bō [汝撥] (bo: b[àn] + [m]ò fan; the Mao Commentary to the Classic of Poetry says: '"Bō" means to govern.' He's Commentary on the Gongyang says: '"Bō" is like managing.' Zheng's Commentary on the Classic of Rites says: '"Bō" is the appearance of rising or flourishing.' The Shuowen says: 'It takes the phonetic "fā" (發) under the "shǒu" (手) radical').
