用𣟄 'Using a watchman's clapper' (The second character is fanqie 湯 + 洛. The Yijing states: 'They doubled the gates and struck the clappers (𣟄) to guard against roving marauders.' The Chunqiu commentary states: 'Lu struck the clappers, and the sound was heard in Zhu.' The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Derived from 木 "wood" with 橐 phonetic.' The treatise writes 拓, which denotes the appearance of deciduous branches falling out of season; because the meaning in the treatise is different, it is an erroneous usage.).
