㸦決 'Mutually determining' (The first character is fanqie 乎 + 故. The Kaosheng states: '㸦 means intersecting.' The Zhouli states: 'The alternation and transmission of affairs is also called 㸦.' The Shuowen jiezi states: 'The middle depicts human hands mutually clasping and hooking; this is the intended sense of the character.').
