瞖眼（上繄計反韻略云瞖目障也論從羽作翳掩也蔽也非此義也繄音曀兮反）。
"Cataract eyes" (The first character has the fanqie: 繄 + 計 [yì]. The Yunlüe says: '瞖 is an obstruction of the eyes.' The treatise has it with the feather radical as 翳, meaning to conceal or screen, which is not this meaning. 繄 has the fanqie: 曀 + 兮 [yī]).
