躁擾 'Restless and disturbed' (The first character is fanqie 遭 + 到. Gu Yewang states: '躁 means agitated.' Jia's commentary on the Guoyu states: 'Also means perturbed.' Zheng's commentary on the Lunyu states: 'Not peaceful and quiet.' The Kaosheng states: 'Impatient by nature.' The Shuowen jiezi gives the character 躁 as derived from 走 with 喿 phonetic; 喿 is fanqie 蘇 + 到).
