披閱（緣拙反考聲閱[貫*ㄆ]也古今正字典說云簡也今披讀尋閱其論文同異也從門兊聲）。

"To peruse" (Fanqie: 緣 + 拙 [yuè]. The Kaosheng says: '閱 means to string together / examine.' The Dian-shuo of the Gujin zhengzi says: 'To select.' Here, to peruse and read, investigating the agreements and differences of the text of the treatise. It derives from the gate radical with 兊 as phonetic).
