胮脹 (the first character fanqie: 朴尨; the Picang says: "Pang-gang means abdominal distension"; the Kaosheng says: "Gang indicates fullness and swollenness"; gang is pronounced 呼江 fanqie; the Gujin zhengzi derives it from 肉 [flesh] with 夅 as phonetic; the treatise writes 膖, which is a vulgar character).
