兩䯗（下鼙米反說文䯗股外也從骨經作髀俗字也）。

Both thighs (兩䯗: the second character has the fanqie p[í] + [m]ǐ. The Shuowen says: "䯗 (kua/bi) means the outside of the thigh; it is composed of 'bone' [骨]." The sūtra writes 髀, which is a popular variant).
