眩瞖（上玄絹反蒼頡篇云目眩視不明也賈逵注國語云眩惑也說文目無常主也從目玄聲）。
"Dizziness and cataracts" (The first character has the fanqie: 玄 + 絹 [xuàn]. The Cangjie pian says: '目眩 means unclear vision.' Jia Kui's commentary on the Guoyu says: '眩 means deluded.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'The eye has no fixed master.' It derives from the eye radical with 玄 as phonetic).
