痔𧏾 (Fanqie: 直理 [zhí + lǐ]; the second character: 女力 [nǚ + lì]. An ailment of the posterior, referring to damp hemorrhoidal sores, a posterior disease where worms consume [the flesh]. The sūtra text writing 𧏾 is not the standard character form.)
