磽确（苦交反下苦角反通俗文物堅鞕謂之磽确孟說子曰磽确瘠薄之地）。

Stony and barren (磽确: the fanqie are k[ǔ] + [ji]āo and k[ǔ] + [ji]ǎo. The Tongsu wen states: "When an object is hard and unyielding, it is called 磽确 (qiāoquè)." Meng Shuozi says: "磽确 refers to sterile, barren ground").
