布穀（方言布穀自關而東梁楚間謂之鴶鵴周魏之間謂之擊穀自關而西或謂之布穀郭璞曰今江東呼為穫穀也鴶音古八反鵴居六反）。

布穀 (The Fangyan states: 'As for the cuckoo (bugu), from the Pass eastward, between Liang and Chu, it is called jieju; between Zhou and Wei, it is called jigu; from the Pass westward, it is sometimes called bugu.' Guo Pu says: 'Nowadays in Jiangdong it is called huogu.' 鴶 has the fanqie 古 + 八; 鵴 has the fanqie 居 + 六).
