如箕（居疑反世本云少康作箕郭注方言云盛米寫斛斗者也說文竹簸也從竹其象形下其人也古文作[ㄙ/甘/廾]也孔注論語云笥也漢律云小筐也說文從竹從單聲）。

如箕 (ju + yi fan; the Shiben says: "Shaokang invented the winnowing basket"; Guo [Pu]'s commentary on the Fangyan says: "A vessel holding grain for measuring into pecks and bushels"; the Shuowen says: "A bamboo winnow"; it is formed with 'bamboo' [竹] with qi [其] picturing its shape, the lower part being a person; the ancient form is written as [ㄙ/甘/廾]; Kong [Anguo]'s commentary on the Analects says: "A square bamboo basket"; Han statutes say: "A small basket"; the Shuowen says it is formed with 'bamboo' [竹] with dan [單] as phonetic).
