閃電（上苫𮉼反下田鍊反說文云電陰陽相激燿也從雨电音电音申）。

Flashing lightning (閃電: the upper [character has the fanqie] 苫𮉼 [sh- + -ǎn → shǎn]; the lower [character has the fanqie] 田鍊 [d- + -èn → diàn]. The Shuowen says: “電 (lightning) is the flashing forth of yin and yang stimulating each other. Formed from 雨 (rain) and 电; 电 has the sound diàn or the sound shēn”).
