屏營（卑營反謂惶遽也廣雅屏營佂伀也經文作併甫政反說文併也併非此義）。

屏營 (agitated and alarmed; fanqie: 卑 + 營. It means flustered and alarmed. The Guangya states: "Pingying means apprehensive and uneasy." In the sūtra text it is written as 併, with the fanqie: 甫 + 政; the Shuowen jiezi says it means 'to combine', but 'to combine' is not this meaning).
