𣵽壤（上鳥穀反說文溉灌也從水芺聲芺音殃驕反經文作妖俗字也下壤說文柔掌反孔注尚書云無塊曰壞說文柔土也從土襄聲）。

Irrigating the soil (𣵽壤: the first character is wū + gǔ fanqie. The Shuowen says: "To irrigate and water; it takes the radical 水 and has 芺 as phonetic." 芺 is pronounced yāng + jiāo fanqie; in the sūtra text written as 妖, which is a vulgar character. For the second character 壤, the Shuowen gives róu + zhǎng fanqie. Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says: "[Soil] without clods is called 壞." The Shuowen says: "Soft soil; it takes the radical 土 and has 襄 as phonetic").
