Flashing lightning (睒電: for the first character, the fanqie is 攝 + 𮉼. It refers to the flash of lightning. The Cang Jie pian says: "晱 means to see momentarily." The Shuowen says: "To look fleetingly; formed from [the semantic component] 目 ('eye') and the phonetic component 炎.")
