憋惡（篇蔑反郭注方言憋怤惡性也說文從心敝聲憋音弊）。

憋惡 [Irritable and evil]: [憋 is pronounced with the fanqie] 篇 + 蔑 [biē]. Guo's commentary to the Fangyan states: '憋怤 describes an irritable nature.' The Shuowen jiezi says it is derived from 心 with 敝 phonetic. 憋 is pronounced bì.
