貲輸（子離反廣雅云貲貨也蒼頡篇貲財也說文小罰以財自贖也漢律民不傜貲又以貲為郎皆是也經文從言作訾訾量也訾非此義）。

貲輸 (pronounced with the fanqie 子 + 離 [zī]. The Guangya states: “貲 means goods.” The Cang Jie pian states: “貲 means wealth.” The Shuowen states: “A minor penalty paid with wealth to ransom oneself.” The Han Statutes state: “The commoners may pay wealth in lieu of corvée labor,” and also, “Becoming a gentleman of the palace through wealth”; both are examples of this. In the sūtra text it is written with the speech radical as 訾; 訾 means to evaluate, which is not the meaning here).
