項癭（上學降反下纓郢反莊子云甕盎大癭也說文云癭瘤也亦頸腫也從疒嬰聲有從月作𦡺非也甕音翁貢反盎音痾莽反）。

Goiter on the neck (項癭: the upper character is *xue* + *jiang* [xiang]; the lower is *ying* + *ying* [ying]. Zhuangzi says: 'An urn-like, vessel-like large goiter.' The Shuowen jiezi says: '癭 is a tumor; it is also a swelling of the neck. It is formed with 'illness' (疒) as semantic classifier and 嬰 as phonetic.' Some written with 'flesh' (月) as 𦡺 are incorrect. 甕 is pronounced *weng* + *gong* [weng]; 盎 is pronounced *e* + *mang* [ang].)
