弭伏（文作𢏱同亡爾反詩云不可弭忘傳曰弭止也弭亦安也）。

Submit and yield (弭伏: [the upper character] in standard text is written 𢏱, the same as *wang* + *er* [mi]. The Shijing says: 'Cannot be stopped or forgotten.' The commentary says: '弭 means to stop; 弭 also means to pacify.')
