臚脹（力猪反腹[止/(利-禾+舟)]曰臚言所以養心齊也臚亦膚也下又作痮同猪亮反腹滿也）。

臚脹 ('swollen abdomen'): The first character has the fanqie [l- + i >] lì and [zh- + u >] zhū. A bloated belly is called 臚; it refers to that by which the heart and navel are nourished. 臚 also means skin/belly. The second character is also written as 痮; identical. The fanqie is [zh- + u >] zhū and [l- + iang >] liàng; it means the belly being distended.
