Stingily (嗇然: the first character has the fanqie 生側. Guo's commentary on the Fangyan says: 嗇 [sè] is like hoarding. Shuowen says: Sparing and stingy; composed of 來 and 㐭 as an ideogrammic compound. The sūtra writing 嗇 is a popular variant. 㐭 has the fanqie 力錦).
