誕育（達坦反詩云誕彌厥月傳曰誕大也箋云大矣后稷云在其母終人道十月而生也）。

誕育: (Fanqie: 達 + 坦 [dá-tǎn]). The Shijing states: '誕彌厥月' (She completed her months of gestation). The Commentary says: 'Dàn means great.' The Subcommentary says: 'Great was Houji; it means that in his mother's womb, he fulfilled the ten months of the human course and was born.'
