齏醬（又作薤同孑奚反醬屬也通俗文淹韭曰薤丸醯醬所和細切為薤令物為葅江南悉為葅中國悉為齏也）。

齏醬 (Also written as 薤; the same. 孑 + 奚 fanqie [jī]. A type of sauce. The Tongsu wen says: "Pickled leeks are called 薤. Minced condiments mixed with fermented bean paste sauce and finely cut into 薤 allow things to become pickled vegetables (葅). In Jiangnan all such things are called 葅, while in the Central Plains all are called 齏.")
