珍羞（周禮有八珍貴也下古文𦟤同私由反方言羞熟也郭璞曰羞謂熟食也周禮膳夫掌王之膳羞鄭玄曰羞有滋味者也雜味為之羞也）。

珍羞 (The Rites of Zhou lists the 'eight delicacies', meaning precious foods. The second character in ancient script is written as 𦟤; the same. 私 + 由 fanqie [xiū]. The Fangyan says: "羞 means cooked food." Guo Pu says: "羞 refers to cooked meals." The Rites of Zhou states that the royal caterer is in charge of the king's delicacies and viands (膳羞). Zheng Xuan says: "羞 refers to flavorful foods; mixed flavors make up a 羞.")
