脚𤺄（字詁今作[九*重]同時腫反通俗文腫足曰𤺄𤺄脚病也經文作踵非字體也）。

Swollen feet (脚𤺄: the Zigu now writes it as [九*重]; both are zhǒng + [重] fanqie; the Tongsu wen states: "Swollen feet are called 𤺄"; 𤺄 is an ailment of the feet; the scripture text writes it as 踵, which is not the standard character form).
