從削（又作鞘私妙反方言劒削關東曰削關西曰鞞所以貯刀劒之刃也鞞音捕迷反）。

From the scabbard (從削: [削 is] also written 鞘, fanqie 私妙 [xiào]; the Fangyan says: “For a sword scabbard, east of the Pass they say 削, west of the Pass they say 鞞; that which stores the blade of a knife or sword”; 鞞 is fanqie 捕迷 [pí]).
