䂎矛（字詁古文𨥨䂎二形今作[矛*?]同麤亂反䂎小䂎矛也矛或作鉾同莫俟反說文矛長二丈也經文作鋑[木*聚]二形又作牟並非體）。

Juemao (䂎矛; Zigu: the ancient script has the two forms 𨥨 and 䂎; presently written as [矛*?], identical; *cu-luan* fanqie [cuān]. Jue (䂎) is a small lance-spear (juemao). Mao (矛) is sometimes written as 鉾, identical; *mo-si* fanqie [móu]. Shuowen jiezi: “A spear two zhang long.” In the sūtra text it is written in the two forms 鋑 and [木*聚], and also written as 牟; none are proper forms).
