煩冤（於元反冤煩也屈也字從冖從免免為冖覆不得走善屈折也經文作惋鳴喚反惋歎也惋非字義）。

Grieved and wronged (煩冤: [fanqie] yu + yuan. 冤 means vexed; it means wronged. The character is composed of冖 [cover] and 免 [hare]; because a hare is covered by冖, it cannot run, and thus easily suffers grievance and bending. The sūtra text writes 惋, [fanqie] ming + huan; 惋 means to sigh with regret, which is not the meaning of the character here).
