羸瘠（古文㿉𤶬膌三同才亦反左傳瘠即甚矣杜預曰瘠瘦也）。

Emaciated and lean (羸瘠: in ancient script written as 㿉, 𤶬, and 膌, all three the same; [fanqie] cai + yi. The Zuo Commentary says: "The emaciation (瘠) is severe indeed." Du Yu says: "瘠 means lean and thin").
