喑噫（於禁反乙式反喑唶大呼也亦大聲也說文噫出息也經文作噎於結反咽塞也噎非此義也）。

Groaning and sighing (喑噫: yū + jìn fanqie and yǐ + shì fanqie; yīnjiè (喑唶) means crying out loudly; it also means a loud voice; the Shuowen jiezi states: "Yī (噫) means exhaling breath"; the scripture text writes it as 噎, yū + jié fanqie, meaning a choked throat; yē (噎) does not have this meaning).
