𨻼牢（方奚反說文𨻼牢獄名也所以拘非者也家語天子周𨻼執之王肅曰𨻼獄牢也字從非作陛省聲經文作椑非體也）。

𨻼牢 (Prison: The fanqie is 方奚 [pí]. The Shuowen says: '𨻼牢 is the name of a prison, that by which wrongdoers are detained.' The Kongzi jiayu says: 'The Son of Heaven arrested them across the prisons [周𨻼].' Wang Su said: '𨻼 means a prison.' The character has the radical 非 with an abbreviated 陛 as phonetic. The sūtra text writes it as 椑, which is not the correct form.)
