䏺脹（上璞尨反埤蒼云䏺肛膓脹也古今正字從月夆聲尨音麥邦反而行有為之）。

䏺脹 (Abdominal swelling: The first [character] has the fanqie 璞尨 [páng]. The Picang says: '䏺 means distention of the anus and intestines.' The Gujin zhengzi says: 'It has the radical 月 and the phonetic 夆.' 尨 has the fanqie pronunciation 麥邦 [máng]; it is used here with that sound.)
