𤡜苦: The upper character has the fanqie phonetic spelling 伊焰. Gu Yewang says: '猒 is like satisfied.' Zheng's commentary on the Book of Rites says: '猒 means satiated.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'It follows 甘 (sweet), 肉 (meat), and 犬 (dog); it is an associative compound character.' [飢-几+犮] has the phonetic spelling 於據.
