除饉 (Fanqie qín + jìn. The Guliang zhuan states: 'When the three grain crops do not mature, it is called jǐn.' The Erya states: 'When vegetables do not ripen, it is called jǐn.' The Shuowen says: 'It takes shí [food] as semantic component and jǐn as phonetic component.' The phonetic jǐn has the sound jǐn).
