輕躁 (Fanqie zāo + dào. Jia's commentary on the Guoyu says: 'Zào means restless.' Zheng's commentary on the Lunyu says: 'Not quiet and peaceful.' The Posthumous Title Rules state: 'Being fond of altering and disturbing the common people is called zào.' The Shuowen says: 'It takes zú as semantic component and sào as phonetic component.' In the sūtra it is written 𮜒, which is incorrect. Sào has the fanqie sāng + dào).
