塞壅（下邕拱反鄭注周禮云壅陽防止水也鄭箋詩云壅猶蔽也顧野王云塞也公羊傳云壅不流也廣雅云隔也或作𡓱古今正字從土雝聲經作塵誤書也）。

塞壅 ('blocked and dammed'; the second character is pronounced with the fanqie 邕 + 拱. Zheng [Xuan's] commentary on the Zhouli says: "'Yong' (壅) means to dam and block water." Zheng's commentary on the Shijing says: "'Yong' is like obstructed." Gu Yewang says: "It means blocked." The Gongyang zhuan says: "'Yong' means not flowing." The Guangya says: "To separate." It is also written as 𡓱. The Gujin zhengzi says it is formed from [the radical] 土 with 雝 as the phonetic component. The sūtra writes 塵, which is a clerical error).
