潛微（無非反爾雅瘞幽匿蔽微也郭注云謂逃竄也又微止也字從彳音丑戟反）。

潛微 (Fanqie wú + fēi. The Erya says: 'Yì, yōu, nì, bì, and wēi mean to conceal.' Guo's commentary says: 'It refers to fleeing into hiding.' Furthermore, wēi means to cease; the character takes chì as component and has the fanqie chǒu + jī).
