欲抒（時汝除[耜-耒]二反說文抒挹也蒼頡篇抒取也出也廣雅抒渫也舀也舀音餘遶也）。

欲抒 (two fanqie: *zh- [時汝] and *ch- [除[耜-耒]]; the Shuowen jiezi says: "抒 means to scoop out." The Cang Jie pian says: "抒 means to take out; to discharge." The Guangya says: "抒 means to dredge; to ladle." 舀 is pronounced with the fanqie *y- [餘遶]).
