人邏（力賀反韻略云邏循行非違也戍屬也謂遊兵以禦冦者律文作儸力歌反𠌮儸也𠌮音之邪反也）。

人邏 (*lì-hè fan. The Yunlue says: "邏 means to patrol and inspect for infractions; it belongs to the category of garrison duties; it refers to mobile troops used to ward off bandits." In the vinaya text it is written as 儸, *lì-gē fan, meaning unruly or clever; 𠌮 is pronounced *zhī-xié fan).
