謦欬 (Fanqie 空頂 [qǐng]; the second character is fanqie 苦代 [kài]. The Tongsu wen states: 'Clearing the throat is called 謦.' The character follows the vinaya text where it is written as 𡄇. 咳 is pronounced with the fanqie 苦經 [kēng], which is the name of a musical instrument; the second is fanqie 苦愛 [kài], infant coughing; it is not the standard character form.)
