劫貝（或云劫波育或言劫婆娑正言迦波羅此譯云樹花名也可以為布高昌名㲲是衣名𦋺賔以南大者成樹以北形小狀如土葵有𰚃剖以出花如柳絮可紉以為布用之為衣也紉音女珍反）。

Cotton (劫貝; or called 劫波育, or called 劫婆娑; the correct form is karpāsa [迦波羅], which translates as the name of a tree flower; it can be made into cloth; in Gaochang it is called 㲲, which is the name of a garment; south of Jibin, the large ones grow into trees; north [of it], they are small in size, resembling the mallow; it has pods that open to produce flowers like willow catkins, which can be spun and woven into cloth and used for clothing; 紉 is fanqie: 女 + 珍 [rèn]).
