釁心（昕靳反左傳釁罪也瑕隙也說文象祭竈從酉酉酒也從爨省分聲也經從且作舋俗用不成字）。

Guilty conscience (釁心: the first is pronounced with the fanqie 昕靳 [xìn]. The Zuo zhuan says: "Xin means fault; a blemish or fissure." The Shuowen says: "Depicting consecrating a stove by anointing it with sacrificial blood; deriving from 酉 [yǒu, meaning wine] and an abbreviated 爨, with 分 as phonetic." In the sūtra it is written with 且 as 舋, a vulgar usage that does not form a valid character).
