拳𢯲（上倦員反下剜換反說文掌後節也從目從叉叉音瓜從手雖古且正體字也律文從宛作捥或從肉作腕並俗字非也）。

Wrist-joint (拳𢯲; the first character is fanqie 倦 + 員. The second character is fanqie 剜 + 換. The Shuowen says: "The joint behind the palm; it takes radical 目 and 叉; 叉 is pronounced 瓜; it also takes radical 手." Although an ancient form, it is the orthodox character. In the Vinaya text it is written with 宛 as 捥, or with radical 肉 as 腕, both of which are popular, incorrect characters).
