Phlegm-fluid disease (痰癊; the first character is pronounced 談, the second is fanqie 邑 + 禁. The Kaosheng says: "Phlegm-fluid is a disease of fluid accumulation in the chest and diaphragm." Both take radical 疒 and are phono-semantic compound characters. 疒 is fanqie 女 + 厄).
